When are you releasing the app?

We are launching our app with limited functionality in April. Early customers will have access to our first Fantasy Racing league for free. Customers will be able to pick the horses and track the performance. At later stages we will introduce private leagues, team leagues and affiliate models.

What is Fantasy?

Fantasy sports is a game in which participants create virtual teams of real-life athletes and compete against each other based on the statistical performance of those athletes in actual sporting events. Fantasy Concept is widely used in various sports such as F1, Football (soccer), NFL, NHL (etc.) and has millions of supporters around the world.

How does the Fantasy concept work in Horse Racing?

In horse racing, fantasy games allow players to select a virtual stable of horses and compete against other players based on the actual performance of those horses in real-life races. Points are awarded based on the finishing position of each horse, and the player with the most points at the end of the designated period wins the game.

Why is fantasy more fun than traditional betting?

Fantasy sports and games are often considered more fun than traditional betting because they allow for greater interaction, strategy, and competition among players. With fantasy games, players can create their own virtual stables, manage their selections, and make trades or other strategic moves to improve their chances of winning. This can add an element of excitement and engagement that is not present in traditional betting, which is typically a more passive experience. Additionally, fantasy games often involve a community of players who can interact with each other, share insights and advice, and compete against each other in a social and fun environment.

Can I play for free?

Yes, early access players will have a free entry to compete for a final winning prize. In later stages, players will be able to choose to compete in free tournaments or buy an entry ticket depending on the rules of the league.

What are the milestones of releasing the app?

Dates and Functionality may change over time, the current roadmap is following:
MVP - April 2023 - single players leagues with free entry
MVP V2 - July 2023 - Ability to create own leagues and invite friends to compete
Full release - Aug 2023 - affiliate model and ability to place bets on our partner websites directly through our app
Release V2 - Aug 2023 - Pool betting competitions

What is the league?

In fantasy horse racing, a league is a group of players who compete against each other throughout a designated period of time, such as a racing season or a series of races. Each player creates a virtual stable of horses and competes against the other players in the league based on the performance of those horses in actual races. The league may have its own rules and scoring system. At the end of the designated period of time, the player with the most points or highest ranking in the league is declared the winner.

Can I participate in multiple leagues?

In the current release, players will be able to join only one league, however, in future players will be able to join multiple leagues as well as create their own.

What are the racing coins?

Racing Coins is a virtual budget that players can spend on buying the horses in the selection process. The racing budget will be allocated for each meeting separately and the budget will vary depending on the number of races in the meeting/league.

How to read the race form

Form is the record of a horse’s performance in previous races and is seen by many as a good way of predicting a horse’s future performance. Comparing horses’ form should enable you to pick the likely best performers in a race.
In the race card, it normally is arranged as a line of numbers denoting finishing position or abbreviations. Form runs from left to right, with the oldest races on the left and the most recent on the right.
* The numbers 1-9 indicate the position the horse finished in the race
* The number 0 indicates that the horse finished outside the first 9
* The symbol – separates racing seasons.
* Numbers before the – are for last season
* The symbol / indicates a longer gap, for example if the horse missed an entire racing season
* P or PU indicates that the horse was pulled up by the jockey and did not complete the race
The following abbreviations normally apply to jump racing:
* F indicates the horse fellR indicates a horse refused
* BD indicates the horse was brought down by another runner
* U or UR indicates that the horse unseated its jockey
You may also see theses abbreviations:
* C indicates a horse has won on that course before
* D indicates a horse has won over that distance before
* CD indicates a horse has won over course and distance
* BF stands for beaten favourite and indicates a horse was favourite for a race, but did not win

When can I make a horse selection?

Our app will notify you when the selection is ready to be made, usually, the selection opens 24-48 hours prior to the race. However, we strongly recommend you check the selection 30-60 min prior to the races as the horse prices may change over time.

What is the price of the horse?

The horse price is the value of the horse based on its performance and the market demand for it.

Can the prices of horses change?

The short answer is - yes. Our algorithm is taking into account multiple factors that affect the price of the horse, such as odds movement, the number of picks by the users and non-runners. Therefore, we highly recommend users to track the price movements and adjust their selection.

What are the boosts?

Boosts are an essential part of fantasy games. There are two types of boosts that users can use in Fantasy Horse Racing, Stable stars - which doubles the result points of the chosen horse if the horse is placed in a winning range, and Stewards Enquiry - The selected horse will move up one finishing position and score the points of the placing above. Please note that boosts can be used only once per meeting.

How many horses should I pick?

We don’t have any restrictions when it comes to user selection as long as the user stays within the racing coins budget. However, we recommend making at least one horse selection in each race to diversify your strategy for winning.

Where can I see the results?

Results will be shown after the final results are declared(10-30 minutes) after the race is complete and can be found on the Key Stats screen.

How can I track my performance?

We provide multiple key metrics to track your performance. The user can see his league position in the table in the Home -> League Info and Table. Also, we provide extra data in Key Stats, where users can track their performance in different events.

Non Runners:

In the case of the non-runner:
- Prior to the start of the race: User will be notified and will able to change their selection for any other horse
- After the start of the race: The horse with the closest price will be automatically selected and saved in the user selection

Abandoned/Void Races

All the players will be notified prior to the race in case of any race status changes. If the race void occurs after the selection is closed, all users will get their racing coins back.

Can I participate in multiple leagues?

How are the points scored and allocated?

Points allocations will be displayed at the header of each race. The number of allocated points for each race will depend on the number of runners in the race and the finishing position of the horse.

How many points received in case of the dead heat?

Both of the horses will be awarded points according to the final results positioning received from the race stewards.

What if multiple players will score the same amount of points?

In this case, players will share the winning pool of the tied place.

When will I receive the winning prize?

The winning prizes will be distributed among the players within 3-5 days after the tournament is complete.Please note: We will contact you directly using the details provided on the registration.
